Dear Experts,

We get the following error when we try to do a move-in in certain cases:

A billing order can neither be deleted nor reconstructed

Message no. EMV176

Diagnosis

When you create or reverse a move-in, or when you chnage the move-in date, the period of time over which an installation remains vacant changes. In this case, it means that a periodic billing order in the period that was changed must either be deleted or restructured. However, the necessary action cannot be performed by the system.

System Response

The system cannot process the move-in.

Procedure

Note the information in the next message and correct the error accordingly.

When we click ok on the error then the next error appears:

Error in reading table TE417

Message no. E9014

Diagnosis

An error occurred during reading of one or more table entries. This error was reported by the database system.

System Response

The system does not permit the reading of one or more table entries.

It is possible that an SAP short dump has been written from the SAP basis system.

Procedure

Find out if the SAP short dump provides additional information.

You can view SAP short dumps using Transaction SM21.

Kindly help to resolve...

With thanks & regards,

Vinodh
