Cannot Release Transport Request

Hi gurus, i am doing Abap and Basis patching now. While i am doing the patching it's stop for an error. Object Locked. So the system refer to a transport request and says that it's locked. SIDK900011 LIMU FUNC DMEE_START_ABA. So i also go to SE10 and trying to release the transport request but it's say Object FUNC DMEE_START_ABA is inactive. This transport request exist in client 000 and i also logged in into 000. But still i unable to released it. Can someone help me please. Thanks.

You have two Options.

1. Activate the inactive object then release the request and then click on repeat button..

2. Go to SE03 and unlock the object from the reqyest and then click on repeat button

I have resolved this problem by Activating the object. So that i can released the transport request. You need to active that program or object to release the transport request. I successfully updated the support packages.

Hello,

go to SE03 transaction - and find the object in a request/task and then unlock the object.

This will solve your problem..
