Hi,

so download SAP GUI 7.20 from service market place (check the link I posted in my first reply.) is very easy to install, don't worry :).

But if you insist on 7.10 SAP GUI, try latest patchlevel (17).

Offical support for Windows 7 doesn't come unitl SAPGUI 7.20. SAP did try and fix know problems in the latest patches of SAPGUI 7.10 however for early adopters. I'm running SAPGUI 7.10 Patch 15 on a Win 7 64 bit machine and I was unable to recreate the problem you describe.

Hi Thomas,

Offical support for Windows 7 doesn't come unitl SAPGUI 7.20.

SAP has announced full support for SAPgui 7.10 under Windows 7 already since end of last year already, though with the caveat that the end of support ends by April 12, 2011 (see OSS note [1412821 - SAP GUI for Windows: Support on Windows 7|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1412821] for the full details):

Despite this limitation SAP has decided to announce full support for SAP GUI for Windows 7.10 on Windows 7 effective immediately.

Note that support only starts for SAP GUI for Windows 7.10 CORE with patchlevel 15.

Kranthi, for browser support under Windows 7 check out OSS note [1403485 - Browser Support: Windows 7|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1403485]. Have you tried using any debugging browser tools for looking at the rendered web page and the http traffic when you try to trigger any actions?

Cheers, harald
