Editing Requester field in Change Request Transaction

Hi,

I am creating a change request(SDCR) from support desk messages by clicking Change Document action. Because of this the requester which i get in Change Request is same as Requested By in support desk message.

The Requester field in Change Request is non editable. How to make it editable so that i can enter the different BP number in Requester.

Hi

If you are using standard profile for SDCR then

goto

spro ->scenario specific settings-,.....................>partner determination procedure->define partner determination procedure

in the above activity go for the partner profile which is assigned to your transaction type it migth SDCR0001

Choose SDCR0001 and on the left side click on Partner Functions in Procedure

Now on the right side Make Tick in fron to Requestor field inthe changeable column

This will solve your problem

Dear Prakhar,

It has worked. Do you know how can we bring the Message Processor BP number from support desk message in to 'Change Advisory board field' in Change Request.
