Hi gurus

I use Distribution to send DIR to Internal user. But it doesn't work. When I create the recipient list and start it in Tcode CVI7, the recipient user can't see message in SBWP. I use TCode CVI9 to view log and I see status of message is "SY" and it's still yellow (not blue). I'm using Sandbox client and I guess that's the reason of this. So what should I do to config Distribution or Active something ?

With activating in Tcode swu3.

I said that "activating in Tcode swu3". I think it's enough and I'm sorry because II activated all things in there
