Dear All,

In Cv01n, I have attached a jpg file and the same has been successfully sent to vault.But while trying to open the same jpg in cv02n, I could not able to open. but there is no problem with pdf,word,excel and txt files

In work station application

I specified

File format: *.jpg, *.gif

start autorization: activated

What could be the reason.

Hi,

Kindly add *.jpeg also in file format. Define mime type as application/jpeg , this is common for both jpg and jpeg files.

Then check. I hope this wil resolve your query.

Hi Ravindra,

Thank you very much for your reply. I tried with .jepg.It is going to vaulta .but while i am trying to see the same in display mode file is geeting saved in temp file in c drive.but with out any file type . in properties it is showing as File " instead of .jpg/jepg". If i open with windows picture and fax viewer it is getting opened. Can you please tell me why it is happening like that

Hi All,

My problem has been solved.I have specified "file suffix for application" in work station application.
