Does MB1B generates accounting document?

What are the criteria for it to post?

Does it always post an accounting document?

It generates the accounr=ting document when you use the belwo movement tyopes

301 material transfer from site to site

309-matrial transfer to material

There will not be any accounting document when you transfer from storage location to storage location

we use the movement type 311

It is not matter what is the transaction.

Generation of accounting document will be affected or updated only when the valuation of material is changes.

the possibilities are :- changesin valuation area (plant to plant) , valuation type (even within plant) , valuation price (material to material).

movement type is also important to control posting...............

311 is storage location to storage location............. it will not updateaccount..bcoz it is transferring within the plant ...that is just a physical movement .............
