Not able to add payer in customer master partner tab page

Dear all,

I am not able to add payer in customer master partner tab page of sold to party

I am getting the below error

Customer 10075 is not defined for function PY(table TPAKD)

Hi,

Check the partner determination for the Sold to party account group either patner function PY is not assigned.

And also check if assigned that patner function is activated for "non modifiable"

>Set Up Partner Determination for Customer Master>Account Groups-Function Assignment

Hi Mohammed,

Go to XD02 --> open your customer --> Click at Extra --> Select Administrative data

See what is the account group there. Check whether the payer function is allowed in this partner function or not?
