XML message not getting open in SXMB_MONI

HI ALL,

I am checking my Message in SXMB_MONI. but they are not getting open in MONI and I am getting the message that time limit excced. for this where I have to check.

Check/apply the notes below.

Also check your DB space and ensure you have configured Archiving and Deletion for this system. See note #872388 Troubleshooting Archiving and Deletion in XI 3.0 / PI 7.0.

Hi

payload is not opening or message itself is not opening.

If payload is not opening then right click on payload right screen and click on open source then you can see your payload, but it will take time.

Hi gangadhar,

Can you please try increasing the timeout period as mentioned in this blog and see if it helps.

Hi ,

I have increased the HTTP_TIMEOUT parameter =90000 but still the problem persist

Do I need to ask basis to restart the XI server ?

Now wht I have to analze this?

if payload size is too big, MONI cannot show up messsages.

Better download payload to your work station.
