hi
We are currently using Charm, have created a sandbox server by copying from Qas server.
The problem is when we try to create a request in sandbox server it is trying to connect to Solman system
Which does not exist in its stms and it is not allowing me to create a request also.
Please help

Please kindly check your stms settings, in this case, you may want to delete the route and re setup on it,

Hi Nanda,
Please validate that you have the correct installation number for the system that you have recently copied and it's not actually set to use the Solution Manager one. Also, please validate that the installation number matches the one at SAP. On top of this, review your SMSY settings to ensure you have given the correct IP or Host name.
