RAR Daily Management summary report through a Background Job

Hello Gurus,

I am new to GRC, I have to create a background job for RA&R daily Management Reports. I tried creating a background job by going to Risk Analysis>user level->Risk level>Critical>Report Format>Management summary>clicking on Background>setting the backgorund job for daily.

But the background is failing to display the report. I ran in the foreground and it works fine.

Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong in the steps..

As per note 1034117: These are the steps for scheduling Management Reports:

(1) Go to the #Management Report# section, and then select Management Reports.

(2) Click the Schedule button. The Schedule Risk Analysis screen is displayed.

(3) Schedule the job to run immediately.

1. I could not locate Management report section in RAR. Please advise where I can see the Management report section.

Dear Salman,

Try this link:

RAR Configuration Tab ->Background Job->Schedule Job->Management Report->Schedule->schedule immediately.

Before that ensure that you have finished your synchronization and risk analysis jobs .
