Unable to create software component version

Hello All,

I am unable to create software components for products for non SAP systems. Whenever I try adding new software components I get an error on the production state

Value not allowed by VALUEMAP for property SAP_SoftwareComponent.ProductionState:Released

I tried with all the production states.

Any ideas? I am using NW2004S SP7.

this issue was what i got a few days.

this issue was solved by patching java

i have told the same to BC. Can u please tell me what is the patch that should be applied ? Any specific version ?

where can we find that? It will be grateful if u throw some light on that.

Hi,

I had the same problem reg. SLD used in my SAP XI system (a NetWeaver component).

You should upgrade your Java part of the application to Service Pack-SP (at least) 5. I found more information in the SAP Marketplace:
