Temse in consistency . how to delete these in background

Hi All,

my production system is sap ecc 6.0 database db2

when i check consistency check in sp12 it taking more time exceeding 600 sec and raises run time error

so i runned RSTS0020 in back ground

out put show these which are in red colour

where i can delete this . what is the background job to delete the inconsistencies

now there is total objects in temse are 382124. where to delete the old temse objects

we are running RSP0041 regularly

in spad there is no in consistency.

please give me some idea on this

Hi,

You can use the option Temse reorganization it will helps you to delete the old requests.

in SP12 you could see the Temse reorganisation option.

try to run the report RSTS0030. deletion in the background is not possible,so run the report in Dialog only..

Yes i know about reorganization previously i worked on this but Here in sp12 i could not find reorganisation option. is there any difference in sap Ecc6 version our databse is db2

When i run consistency check it takes around 3000 seconds in sp12. so if i run RSTS0030 report in dialog how much time it may take bcoz if wp time exceeded 600 sec run time error is coming

You could disable the dialog timeout temporarely via RZ11

If i made changes in rz11 is this require to restart machine.

rdisp/max_wprun_time is dynamically switchable so no restart is required, just switch it back to 600 when your done running the report
