delete the inspection lots having LTCA status

Hi,

I want to delete the records which are having LTCA status from the system .if not possible please suggest how to get it filtered in QA32 using varient.

Dear Madan,

LTCA is the status of that inspection lot which was generated and for some reason got canceled so just like you can't remove the material document from system you can't remove the lots with LTCA status.

One can face the problem while viewing QA32 as lot many LTCA lots could be seen, so you can put filter LTCA at field 'Selection Profile' in QA32 transaction this will avoid viewing the canceled lots.

If in selection profile list you are not getting LTCA profile then do following :

QM >> Quality inspection >> status management >> define selection profile >> copy any profile and name it as LTCA and assign LTCA status with tick at 'not' option.

Once you do this in QA32 you will see LTCA option in selection profile and this will filter your LTCA lots.

I want to know whether the LTCA records can be deleted from the system.

if not possible

2nd question is

where can we filter LTCA records in QA32 in input screen or output screen.

please suggest.

You can not delete records.You can archive the inspection lots with LTCA status.

please explore SARA t code.

In qa32 you can have filter for the system status contains LTCA.this will remove lots with LTCA status from selection screen

Dear Madan,

Follow these Steps;

Run trx BS42, press new entries.

Give Some Name to new Selection Profile, e.g. ZQA32LS - QA32 Lot status filter.

Click on the "Selection conditions" Below "Status selection schema" folder in left side.

Put values in the field as per below details

1. "QM_L_001" in St.Prof.

2. "LTCA" in Status

3. Activate the check box "NOT"

Save.

Assign this status profile while you execute the trx QA32.

It will filter the lots having status LTCA

Hi,

you can put filter not equal to LTCA and save the variant.

but u have to put all the differnt status along with LTCA which can be there , for eg - LTCA CRCR OR LTCA REL etc.
