Process Levels Not Picking in RFX

In RfX I Am using Custom BRF Event As A evaluation ID And Custom Expression to Write back The Process Schema.

Once I create RFX And If I check In SLG1

Evaluation ID : ZBID_EVAL_PSCHEMA

Expression : ZBID_PROCESS_SCHEMA

3C_RQ_600_001 : Process Schema which Has 4 Process Levels

BRF Log Shows Following This

1) Warning Event ZBID_EVAL_PSCHEMA get description error

2) Warning Expression ZBID_PROCESS_SCHEMA get description error

3) 10 Execute event ZBID_EVAL_PSCHEMA . 16.04.2010 11:02:57

4) 42 Execute expression ZBID_PROCESS_SCHEMA Process Schema Evaluation For Bid Invitation Workf; result 3C_RQ_600_001.

After Creating RFX when I check there Is No Process Levels Showing In the Approval tab of RFx

why Process Levels are Not picking .

Please Sugget Me

Hi,

The SLG1 log does not show the return value. I think the issue is in your custom ZBID_PROCESS_SCHEMA expression setting.

Please share your custom expression settings.

Have you tested your custom FM ZSAP_SRM_WF_BRF_0EXP001 and confirmed it returns some schema name?

I Didnt Test The FM Independently, Since it require instance from Runtime

If u See BRF Log it is returning The Schema Name which I mentioned Below

Schema Name : 3C_RQ_600_001.

Is there Any Issue With Process levels..

OK. Your schema evaluation returns schema name. Next action is checking level log in SLG1.

I didnt Find Level Log for this Schema

In Process Levels Should I maintain evaluation ID as i maintained in Evalauation :ZBID_EVAL_PSCHEMA

Right now I maintained 0EV000 as Evaluation Id For all these Process levels.

Is there any workflow started?

If yes, please check the workflow log.

If not, please check if the event type linkage is active.

In Approval tab Of Rfx It Should Show the Process Levels And And Approvers,

Thats itself is not Happening In This case.

Workflow Is starting when i Create Rfx But it is in error. At the same time it is not showing Process Levels in Approval Tab.

Hi,

What kind of error did you get? Please check the workflow status in BBP_PD. If the workflow ststus is error status, check the reason in SWI2_DIAG transaction.

Hello,

We are getting the same error only in some cases... The status of the document is "awaiting approval", however the approvers are not calculated in the "approval tab" and in the WF log we get the same error.

So if anyone has a clue on how this may be fixed it would be of great help!
