document flow

Dear all,

I am trying to create sales order with reference to another sales order (Same sales order type for example OR to OR). When viewing the document flows from VA03-> Click on document flow button,we can see the old document and the new document,but I want to see the new document only.

what can I do

Please advice.

In Copy Control Settings , select the Document Flow as 2 .It will work in case the previous Document is Contract. Now only Sales Order will show the Document Flow for the Further Documents.

check, In copying control remove the tick on update document flow.

Hi,

That's standard SAP and I think you cannot avoid it. If really want to, then you might have to use a BAPI to remove the old sales order from the document flow.
