People are beginning to notice that there is a rate limit for web service calls against the Integration API. This a new feature that hasn't been fully documented yet. The rate limit is 200 requests per access token per rolling hour. This means that every instance of a client application can only make 200 requests in an hour.
This can be raised upon request. To request a raise in your quota you can go to our partner page and use the "contact us" link.
