Digital signature configuration error (0 bytes transmitted )

HI,

We are facing a problem in digital configuration on form 16

the error is 0 bytes transmitted after executing the form 16 transaction.

plz guide for the same.

Dear Experts,

We have installed the ADS as per the configuration guide and
All the configuration check test are working fine.

But when executing the T-code: PC00_M40_f16 with the option
of enable digital signature. Two files are generated. The form 16 generated is
0 bytes and the control log File is generated correctly with the PERNR and the
digital sign .

after the change was done the problem was solved

That means all the test (SE38, report names like FP_TEST) are working ok. Especially FP_TEST_00 gives you the form without any problem. What about the others? In fact you provide some more information, but you didn´t answer my questions, right? Otto

Yes the test FP_Test_00 is working, also the other test like

Fp_pdf_test_00

FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE

FP_TEST_IA_01 for interactive form.

are working.

Also our SSL connection is working fine, we have also installed the credentials.

Is there any test remaining for testing please tell.

There are no other form with signature, we are just configuring the ADS for first time in the system.

And we want it only on form16.

Hi,

When we execute the standard transaction for form 16 , three pdf forms are copied to the given location, they are

Annex , form12BA and form16

Only file Annex contains data, the other two files are of 0 bytes. And also the file containing the data doesn't contain digital signature.

We have gone through all the configuration check given in the ADS configuration document and all are given the correct output.

Also we have installed the credential file.

Please guide us.
