Portal favorites are deleted after stack upgrade

Hi,

Recentely we have upgraded web as java stack 14 to 20. before upgarde we have some favorites created in portal, after upgrade we are able to create new favorites but we could not see the earlier favorites.

is there any way to recall the old favorites.
