Pendulum list - Indirect sales

Though not in beverage industry we also have a scenario of details to be tracked for secondary sales.

I was trying to explore pendulum sales searching the forum but ended up with a config guide for extended rebate for indirect sale.

I would request if some one could help by directing me to complete operational procedure manual of pendulum list in SAP.

I am looking for user manual or conceptual guide which clearly explains the concept.
