Roll out - session Terminated and Maximum number of conversations exceeded

Dear all,

We have gone live recently and we are facing the following problems.

Problem 1: Users are getting pop up messages as ROLL-OUT and consequently the session is terminated.

Currently the parameters set in our system is

rdisp/ROLL_MAXFS 32768

rdisp/ROLL_SHM 16384

There is a log observed in sm21 as Roll file overflow:

Problem 2: CPIC error due to increase the load from EP users,

APO and XI interface connection.

1. ECC system: When sending the data to from/to ECC / APO system. we

are facing problem and getting the error as CPIC hold/stopped.

2. SCM : The data transfer from SCM CFQ is under the ready status. We

found that the data transfer is not happening smoothly. By sending

forcefully, it will send the data to ECC system. The transaction code

used is as SMQR. schedular is in state of INACTIVE as soon as getting

data, it will show as STARTING. we have to process it mannually and

then it is working..

Pls guide to resolve the issue.

1. check transaction st02 on swaps on the roll (and other) buffers. you probably have to increase this one

2. You might have to set CPIC_MAX_CONV in the user environment. check note 314530
