bill of lading and packing, picking list.

Hi To All,

i have a question.

A user has made an order with Va01 in sap. now when he print the bill of lading and the packing, picking list he has some issue.

1) on the order we have 2 materials ex: 111111 with description AAAA and 2222 eith descritpion BBBB

on the bill of lading i have the two different number of material listed but all with the same description AAAAAA

2) Packing list & Pick list There is no quantity pulling in to the 1111111 but ith should have the quantity listed as in sap there is its quantity.

can you please help to sort it out?

First of all the packing and picking list print out will come from out bound delivery doument . have you created the delivery and does the picking by creating TO.

the delivery has been made and also the picking but without TO.

i would like to know why on the printing we have the same descritpion for 2 different material.

there is something i can check? may be the user has done somethin uncorrectly.
