workforce planning

Hi ALL

Im my client we are useing CATS to enter the time sheet entry. we are entering time sheet with reference to network and activity number.How to plan workforce planning for this. Before confirm of activity i can able to see the planned hrs.But after confirm of the that activity i can't able to see the how many hrs that employee had worked.

Please guide me

There are standard report available system like as

CATS_DA - Display Working Times ( Most suitable to your requirement )

CATSXT_DA - Display Working Times and Tasks

CATSXT_DTL - Working Times and Tasks: Display Details

As suggest you need to use workforce planning profile and CMP2 for planning purpose.

Try using the transaction CADO. this will show all the details you require, as far as effort logging is concerned.

Hi

When i am selecting the Capacity by network i am getting this error

The profile entered for the capacity availability check is not suitable

Message no. CY297

Diagnosis

The control profile for the overall profile in the capacity availability check has not been correctly defined.

Procedure

Correct the control profile as follows:

presentation: 4 (capacity availability check)

layout type: 1 (display per period).

Please guide me how to solve this error

Hi,

Go to transaction OPSP. Based on your plant and order type combination open the relevant detail screen. In the detail screen under the Capacity Availability tab, play around with the settings and try. I have just given you a broader view as i have not worked or encountered this error.
