Hi everyone!

We have development a report that compares the budget execution between the actual fiscal year and the last fiscal year.

So we want to compare 2010 and 2009 and the following error arise:

Value 2009 for the year of cash effectivity not permitted by BCS budgeting

Núm mtge: FMBAS203

I don't understand why this happen...

Year 2008 is closed, but nowadays 2009 is still running...could be for this?
