*Is there any config settings to appear action box - Notification display?

Hi all,

When Notification set as complete we can open notification in display mode only at this point alll action boxes is not appearing.

is there any config settings to made appear action box in Notification display?

Hi,

Since action box is to perform certain functions (like email or 8D report or transfer posting etc), and display notification means, the no function should be carried out. Thus, action box is not displayed in the display notification.

Beside that, when u click on action in action box, it is documented as task or activity which is not possible in display notification.

We have faced similer issue.This is not possible.Even in display mode you can not print the notification or print 8D report.This is SAP default.

Hi,

In that case, you had to put the notification in process again, then take the print out of 8-D report from action box and close the notification again.

Its std SAP behaviour.

i do not think there is any such config you can activate....
