po output mailing address

Hi,

PO output is send to vendor using email.

At the time of creating /changing PO, email address can be changed in header details - Address tab. But still system sends the output to email address maintained in vendor master. Is there any option so that system picks email data from data maintained in PO.

Agree with Pavan. I know the way the system behaves seems incorrect but that is the way it behaves nevertheless. The vendor data is pre-eminent.

I believe you would need to make a modification to process using the email address from the condition or message record.

venodor details are taken from vendor master only,

change email address in vendor master only.

There is option to take vendor data from PO. Email address cannot be changed frequently. so you can maintain in vendor master.

unless you code changes to the output function module, it will not pick the data from the PO. how do you have teh MN04/05 records maintained

You should code changes to read the email address basd on the entry in the PO using the address number and looking up in ADR6
