Closing internal orders Error

Dear All,

when i am trying to close the Internal orders in KO02 system is generating the error message that you can not deactivate Asset (Settlement Receiver is Asset here). and there is nothing to settle for the IOs .

Diagnosis: The Asset in Company Code cannot be deactivated. Values are exist for the asset

Note : Our Version is 3.1

The asset is it a normal asset or an AUC. When it is an AUC you have first to settle it to the final asset

Yes it is AUC Asset. Now can you please let me know how to settel Final Asset

As per my understanding,

First we need to settel the order to Final asset then AUC Asset then should close the internal order

is my understading is correct ??

Plz let me know step by step I am New to CO

Create final asset with as01

Make settlement rule in the internal order to the final asset (full settlement)

settle with KO88 - Individual Processing (option Partial capitalizating)

close the internal order

Dear Paul & All ,

There were No Values to settle in the AUC and IO to Final Asset.

I have Ran the T-code KOB5 and KO88. Even partial settlement also done but there were no values to settle .

So, could you please guide me how to close the IOs.

Hi,

Please Run the transaction:ko88,Before that plz chk the report Internal order line item report for this Order.This internal order having the balances which are the need to be transfer to AUC then close the Internal Order.
