IHS Work Area Description

Hello all,

I have been working with SAP EH&S module since March, I am a beginner and I am facing a problem that I am not able to solve neither to find help.

When I edit a work area and fill in its description (Tr. CBIH02 Goto->Description->Documentation), copying and pasting a text from a Microsoft Word Document, initially the editor accept the format of the paragraph and respect the number of characters per line. The problem comes when I save the text because it converts the format making the lines narrower. This makes the forms look ugly. How can I avoid it?
