Connect to SAP BI in different network?

Hi All,

We have to connect to the SAP BI server in our clients place to generate some webi reports. What are the possible ways to establish connectivity betweeen Designer in our end and the Client SAP BI system?

Any idea other than VPN?

Any thoughts on usage of sap router string?

This is solved. The customer had given us the saprouter string and the application server ip

In universe parameters for Application server we had to pass details as below:

Code:

/H/SAP ROUTER IP/H/APPLICATION SERVER/S/SAP GATEWAY

Have you installed required BOBJ components?

SAP Integration Kit is the basic one to install after BOBJ.

You will also have to create RFC from SAP and you sould have admin right.

I will suggest to go through Ingo book which states each steps and answer all related questions.
