Problem with OVF3 setting

When Iam assgning Cost center in the OVF3 screen getting error " Cost center is not defined ".

I have checked the cost center and its validity dates and every thing is fine in the related to the Cost center. However, still getting the above error.

Are you giving valid from date in OVF3 ?
