service desk - send notification when message status is 5 days the same
Hallo every body,
I have connected satellite SAP systems to SAP Solution Manager and set service desk on Solution manager system for receiving OSS and forwarding to SAP.
Then I set up conditions for sending notifications, e.g. in transaction SPPFCADM, for action SLFN0001_ADVANCED and my own action Z_SEND_EMAIL_SATELITE, send notification when &CRM Service Process.Sold-to Party& u2260 111 (111 is Business parter).
My question is:
How to set up condition for send notification when OSS message status does not change during 5 day. I did not find right condition. I need soumething like:
&CRM Service Process.Object type.Changed On& + 5 < &Current Date&
