gIVING USERWISE AUTHORISATION TO VIEW TICKETS RAISED ON SOLUTION MANAGER

Hi All,

May I know if there is any role or t code by which I can restrict the user on slution manager to display the tickets raised for specific users?

E.G> I have a user is XYZ-Helpdek and I have to give authorisation to this user to view only tickets raised for XYZ_* users?
