Former Member

Dear,

I am facing a issue quite strange, I have production order released one month ago, so could be possible that some material were missing, today I run CO24 and I saw the missing part regarding the produciton order release ( 1 month Ago) now I run Availability check over my production order network what I suppose was that the missing part list will be updated to today stock situation but transaction COMAC does not work in this way, I run COMAC and in CO24 I still see the original missing part list.

The ATP rule is the 02 - PP std one, COMAC is ran correctly.

Could anybody HELP ME OUT PLEASE?

Many thanks gg

Dear,

In COMAC on Mass Processing Availability data screen

Active the check box for Reset Availability Data

And Scope of check = A ATP check for all material.

Take the run and check the results.

Please refer help link,

many thanks for both of you, I tried both of your suggestion but I have stock for material A in Sloc W100 but COMAC, COHV do not change the availability and so A is still shown as missing.

Dear Gianluca,

1) Just re do AV check in order

2 ) then check in CO24 for missing parts for that order

3) Check in MMBE for un-restricted stock & Reserverd stock & also check the quality stock

Dear,

COHV on Mass Processing Availability data screen

Active the check box for Reset Availability Data

And Scope of check = ATP check or check according to material checking group. or Individual material check according to the check group.

save log -- Always

Log output -- Start log at information message.

Execute function = immediately

log output = start log at error message.

Execute it then select all material and click on mass processing Film Icon and execute it with Reset Availability Data

And then check the result of missing part.

Also refer the OSS Note 451146 - Inconsistencies when resetting the availability
