When create the customer master from t-code VD01, the last running number 900035 was skipping to 900040.
But when i create the next number, the system generate sequence correctly and it can running well from 900041, 900042, etc.
I already check from the table KNA1 there is no customer record with number 900036 to 900039.
Is anyone know the reason, because this case still in our investigation too. Thanks.
This Is Because the Number range buffering is active for the DEBITOR Number range object (as standard, 5 numbers are reserved for buffer the intervals)

Hi Asra Haryadi,
Kindly check in the Customer Number range (TCode XDN1).
You will find three options Intervals with specs, Intervals with pencil and status with pencil.
Select status with pencil.
It may be possible that status of the number range might have be updated with current number as 900040 and hence it will start picking from 900040 onwards.
Check it whether this can help you.
