102 Access not made (initialized field) error

Former Member

We are getting an issue in Free Goods Determination.

We have a Discount Condition Type NA01 which has two accesses 010 (Customer/Material) & 905 (Plant / Material)

We have also maintained maintained condition records.

In an order condition records based on access 010 (Customer/Material) its picking but in case of access 905 (Plant/Material) we are not able to get the values.

In analysis we found an error stating Message No. 102 Access not made (initialized field) error. Plant is showing as exclamation mark and whereas material is reflecting.

Request if anyone can help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Mr Shiva,

I doubt probably you may have user exit. " 102 access not made (initialized field) " -- It means the corresponding fields haven't been filled correct value. So, you should fill the value in that fields, you can use user exit "user exit_pricing_prepare_tkomp" in program MV45AFZZ.

If you want to know the real time situation, you can debugging with Pricing Program.

Check in your Access sequence of 905 table, select Access and click on Fileds there check the weather field names are correct or not , if not correct then in bottom line select the proper filed in Filed Catelog and save.

Now create Fresh order and check.

Hi Vamsi,

Thanks for the reply.

I have maintained Access Sequence, Assignment of Access Sequence to Condition Type, Assignment of Condition Type to Pricing Procedure and finally Activated Free Goods Determination for Sales Org / Distribution Channel / Division / Doc Pricing Procedure / Customer Pricing Procedure with Free Goods Determination Procedure.

I have maintained condition record for 905 (Customer/Material) and only when I am creating an order its not picking free goods quantity.

I am able to view in condition record in display mode also.
