Shopping cart Reservation Error: flag for deletion

Hi,

i got an error (Productxxxxyyy in 1520 plant does not exist or marked for deletion) while creating the reservations in SRM in second step.so due to this error i am unable to order shopping cart. but i checked in backend it does not marked for deletion.

so kindly help me where i need to check from both systems R/3 as well as SRM.

please suggest.

Hi,

please check at first whether the number ranges for products are the same in the SRM and in the backend system as well.

It this is correct, please check the notes 1115911, 962728, 786345.

Is the problem thereby not solved, you need to debug the SC transfer, and check in which form is sent the document number to the backend system. Please see my document in the SAP Community about the transfer debugging: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/Shoppingcarttransfer
