Planing to configure SMS alert for the servicedesk status changes to support team, message processor and requester. Please suggest me steps to do this.

Hi Manu
This will not be a straight forward configuration. Most of the Cell phone providers do have a facility to receive email on mobiles as alerts. You might want to customize a action of sending a email on status change and then add the designated cell phone address as the email address instead of a normal email address.
This is one of the possibilities.
