There are two procedures in system to determine quota base quantity in transaction MEQ1
1. Individual Calculation
2. Collective Calculation
In which case and circumstances these are used and which one should be selected.

I was reading the SAP help, the link what you have mentioned.
I got the doubt what I have mentioned in the post.
When to use Individual Calculation and when to use collective calculation. How to distinguish the use, this is not mentioned there.
