Print Instructions

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement to print process instructions when process order is released. This is typically a form in SAP. However, we do not have PI sheets in scope. The instructions are attached to the operations.

I attached two characteristics PPPI_INSTRUCTION and PPPI_NOTE to phase of master recipe under process instructions to capture. instructions related to operation.

However, when i print the process order using transaction code COPI i dont see the process instructions coming on the print. The requirement we have here is to print BOM, Operations, and Instructions.

I would be glad to know where to configure instructions so that i gets displayed in COPI print - Many thanks!

Hi,

You can define the operation instructions in the operation long text and the same can be printed while printing the operations.
