Hi,

Check below thing in config guide for GRC 5.3:

Configuring Password Reset Emails

Email notifications are sent when a useru2019s password is reset. You can choose to include

either a password link or an unencrypted password in the password reset email

Procedure

1. On the Configuration tab, navigate to Workflow > Email Reminder.

2. Click the Closing tab.

3. Click Send password in email field and select Yes or No.

If you select Yes, the email displays the unencrypted password.

If you select No, the email displays a link to the password display page. The password

page displays for the duration specified in the Password Display Period field.

4. From the Password Display Period (in Seconds) field, enter the number of seconds for

which the password is displayed to the user when the link is clicked in the email.

Thanks

Sunny

Karen,

the password is generated due to the rules you set up in R/3, there is no "please generate easy passwords" button in CUP

What do you want to do? This is the password. The User should be able to login using this one.
