Buyer By division

Hi,

I have a requirement like to detrmine the buyer based on the product category and the Division(Division is one among the cost dimension field in the account assignement area--its a custom field).

Normally buyer are determined by the product category ,thats standard now we need to identify the buyer based on the Product category as well as division. how do we need to achive the solution. could anyone has come across

this requirement please help me us to achieve the solution.
