Missing entries in RGDIR table

Hello,

I am facing an peculiar problem of sequence number not getting generated in HRPY_RGDIR table for the payroll runs in various scenarios.

For now we have a alternate solution of running program RPUDIR00 to generate the missing results in hrpy_regdir.

Has anyone faced this kind of scenario before? Why the RGDIR entries are not generated when payroll is run?

Can you check if note 1449381 is applied to your system? It deals with a specific scenario that causes missing entries when the button is pressed multiple times.
