Hello All,
One of our user complains that she is getting " SAP Office Express info" popup message is a Fax message is sent from SAP fails to dliver.
I have checked "Shared Office settings" with the User Notifications " No Notification of unviewed mails at logon" on the system, but user still gets messages. I have tested my self, but I do not get similar warnings.

Anybody aware of how to resolve the issue/ stop these poup error message?

See SAP note 579938 and see if it helps for your issue.
The sending application is responsable for requesting read, delivery or
failure express messages in SAPOffice. The correct solution for not
requesting express messages would be to configure your sending
application/program is note 579938. This note enables you to request
any notifications you wish. This would be the best solution.
If you never want to receive any express messages you can consider SAP note
564680. But unfortunately this note is global. If you apply this note,
no express messages will ever be created.
