Hi,

The following is the text from bank:-

X-KK. 0006378048?22ABC-TAG 17.02?23A1 0000 A2 0000 ID 254618O

and the string I have written is

(^| )##########?##ABC-TAG ##.##

and the derivation is 0637817.02

requirement is that i need a gap between 06378 & the date 17.02

what should I do to get a space in between the mapping?

How do you have the mapping set up? I'm not sure why you're not getting a gap. Also, how are you going to use the mapped value - why do you need the gap?
