E-Recruiting External Candidate

When I try to register as an external candidte, I keep getting this error

Internal error in function module HRRCF_MDL_REG_NAMED_USR_CREATE

I have created the service users. Would you know where I am missing\

Please take a look at SLG1, what the errors say.

Please check that the service user has NO candidate.

I would recommend you to do a authorization trace. If you have created customer roles and assigned to reference users, then you have to allow those roles in the service user's authorization profile.

Please check as well, that you have the reference users for external and internal candidates.

In the SLG1 I get this error

@5C\QError@ You are not authorized to create users in group

@5C\QError@ The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_REGISTER===CM002 line 93

I have one questions, what does Make sure NO candidate is assgined?

Hi Victor,

it seems like I thought. Please do a authority check in ST01.

It seems your user has not the right authorities to assign a reference user with a specific or empty user group.

So your user needs more authorities.

Give him the rights the trace displays, and it should work.
