Hi Gurus,
I want to create a Contract which is common for Several company codes. Is this possible ? is it possible to extend a contract to several company codes? Please advice on this. Thanks for your help in Advance.
with regards,
Saakithyan
The company code in the contract doesn't really serve a purpose..maintain the lines in the contracts with appropriate plants and currencies, if applicable and it should work.

Hello saakithyan,
actually it is possible using a refrence pur. org.
wat you need to do is maintain a refrence pur. org and do not assign it to any plant or comp. code.
now while defining the pur org for different plants, make theabove defined pur. org as refrence pur org.
by doing this you can maintain contract with he help of refrence pur. org. and can b used by all the pur. org. which have this ref. pur. org as refrence
dosent matter if all thepur. org fall in diff. comp. code.
hope it helps................
regards,
YK
