Visual composer cannot be called in Citrix

Hello,

VC 7.0 works fine on my local browser.

However, I need to access it via the corporate Citrix environment, and in the Citrix browser it does not work.

when calling http://<hostname:port</VC I can logon, but then receive the error message:

"No visual composer server was found at specified address"

(Error reading server parameters in url:/VC/servlet/GenericChannel?SERVICE=GetServerData)

what can I do ?

I have increased the trace level and now get this in the default trace:
