SAP netweaver installation

I am performing Net weaver and we got struck at one point. Here the system tries to execute R3load.exe -testconnect but fails with this error. Please assist

Hi my friend

Check whether the listener is started.

UNIX: lsnrctl status

If not, run: lsnrctl start

Windows: check whether the listener service is running. If not, start it.
