After running the report the customer hierarchy is not always displayed correctly. Example: 570000001 Zielpunkt and 570000002 Plus u2013 if we run the report for all customers, both hierarchy nodes are displayed but only 570000001 has active customers that have orders/net values. Correct would be if only 570000002 is displayed. We assume that changes in the assignment of customers to new customer hierarchy nodes are not always considered in this report. Please ensure that the customer hierarchy is up to date (e.g. we run the report today, so the validity period of our customer hierarchy has to start from 11.04.2010).
