Solution to Clear Old Open Items

Hi All,

We have a requirement of the following with respect to clearing the balance of a GL Account.

i) The document cannot be reversed.

ii) The amount cannot be transferred to another GL account.

Is it possible to clear the items without using any of the options listed above. Any SAP Note available?

post the documents which is open with 0.01 value and clear it.

difference amount will be posted to some other price difference account.
